  • Return Eligibility

    –Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

    • You receive a wrong product.
    • You receive a damaged product.

    –An unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any wrong or damaged product claim. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
    The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
    –The product should have the original packaging and tags in place.(Items without the original tags will not be accepted)
    – Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
    – Return/Exchange charges may apply on case to case basis.

  • Return process:
    – We do not have pickup service, you would have to self-ship the product to our office Address.
    – For office address, contact us on laaganitextile@gmail.com or message on +919023001070. Our team will contact you within 24 hours.


  • Refund:
    – Refund will be initiated after the product is received and verified by us.
    – After verified LAAGANI TEXTILE will refund the invoice amount to customer in 24 hours by online payment.
    – No refund shall be issued in case the product is not found in its original condition with tags and packaging.


Please note :
– Return policy is applicable on all over in india only. International orders will not be accepted for return.
– The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.
